Türkiye Sigorta

A motor claim that starts and finishes in one WhatsApp thread

One of Türkiye's largest insurers digitised motor claims end to end — repair shop, agent and policy approval all on a single flow.

Published September 2025

Reported impact

  • 50% faster policy approval and agent matching
  • 40% faster claim file resolution
  • 30% lower claims operations cost
  • 0 manual re-entry of policy data between systems

Figures as published by GridStudio and the client at the time of the deployment.

The problem

A motor damage claim involved a repair shop, an agent, a policy check and a call centre, each on a different system. Documents were re-keyed between them, the right agent had to be found manually, and the customer waited through every handoff.

What we built

  • Repair shops send the vehicle photos and the policy document straight to Türkiye Sigorta's WhatsApp line.
  • An AI policy-verification step reads the document with OCR and retrieval, and validates it in seconds.
  • The system identifies the agent named on the policy and opens the conversation with them automatically.
  • MonoChat is integrated with the insurer's own policy software and CRM, so policy details, claim files and customer records are pulled in rather than typed.
  • Agents run the whole case from one screen instead of switching between the CRM, the claims system and the phone.

Where it landed

Claims stopped being a relay race between systems. The same flow now extends past claims into policy sales, renewals and customer communication.
