Who we are

A venture studio that stays in the room

We are not a consultancy that hands over a deck, and not a fund that writes a cheque. We found AI-native companies, run them, and hold equity in whether they work.

  • Founded 2011, Istanbul
  • AI-first since 2021
  • Headquartered in Dubai

Most enterprises do not have an AI problem. They have an integration problem wearing an AI costume.

The model is rarely the hard part. The hard part is that the conversation starts on WhatsApp, the customer record lives in a CRM nobody wants to touch, the pricing rules are in a spreadsheet, and the compliance team needs an audit trail for all of it. So we built the layer that holds those together — and then built companies on top of it, one vertical at a time.

The operating model

How we build an AI company

Seven steps, and we are present for all of them. The last one is where most partners have already left.

  1. 01 Industry experts Founders and operators who already know the domain.
  2. 02 Strategic partnership We partner with teams ready to change their industry.
  3. 03 AI infrastructure The studio supplies the platform, orchestration and engineering.
  4. 04 Product development We build the AI-native product for one vertical.
  5. 05 Market validation Real customers, enterprise deployments, continuous iteration.
  6. 06 Global go-to-market Expansion through our own offices and partner ecosystem.
  7. 07 Independent company A scalable vertical AI business, still powered by the studio.
How we got here

Fourteen years, one sharp turn

  1. 2011

    Founded in Istanbul

The group starts as an enterprise technology integrator.

  2. 2011–2016

    Enterprise digital transformation

Large-scale delivery for ministries, banks, airports and operators — where the enterprise instincts come from.

  3. 2017

    First vertical AI companies

We stop selling projects and start building products for specific industries.

  4. 2021

    AI-first strategy

Everything is rebuilt around an orchestration layer; every product since is model-agnostic by design.

  5. 2024

    Global expansion

Dubai becomes headquarters, joined by offices in Portugal, the USA, Egypt and Türkiye.

  6. Today

AI venture studio with global operations

Twelve AI-native brands, one shared platform, clients across 22 countries.

How we work

Six things we will not trade away

Not values on a wall. These are the arguments we have already had internally, settled.

Ship it or drop it

A demo that never reaches production taught us nothing. We measure ourselves on what is live and being used, not on what was announced.

Model-agnostic on purpose

Whichever model is best this quarter will not be best next quarter. Nothing we build gets welded to one provider.

Enterprise-grade by default

Data residency, audit trails, SSO and private hosting are not an enterprise tier we upsell. They are how the thing is built.

Domain before technique

An assistant that does not understand insurance is not an insurance assistant. We learn the vertical before we write the prompt.

Boring where it counts

Novel architecture is a cost, not a feature. We spend our novelty budget on the product and keep the plumbing dull and observable.

Own the outcome

We take equity rather than only fees, so we are exposed to whether the thing actually works. It changes what we recommend.

Where we operate

Clients in more than 22 countries across four continents, with offices and local entities in five.

Bring us the problem, not the brief

The most useful first conversation is the one where you describe what is going wrong and we tell you honestly whether this is a job for a venture studio at all.
