1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others record how the site is used. We also use closely related technologies — local storage, in particular — and treat them under this same policy.
2. Which ones we use
Two categories, and nothing else:
- Essential. Needed to serve the site, keep it secure, and remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not function.
- Analytics. Google Analytics, used to understand which pages people read and where they get stuck. These stay denied by default — we run Google Consent Mode with analytics storage set to denied until you accept the banner. IP addresses are anonymised.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing or ad personalisation, and we do not sell any of this data. If a category is not listed on this page, we are not using it.

4. Managing your choice
Your answer to the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser. To change it, use the button below — it clears the stored choice and asks again on the next page load.
5. Browser controls
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings — usually under Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will break parts of this site, including the live chat. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on.
6. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie, this page changes with it and the "last updated" date moves. Where a new category is introduced, we will ask for your consent again rather than assuming the old answer still applies.
