1. Acceptance

By accessing gridstudio.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

2. What this covers

These terms cover this website only. Products operated by our portfolio companies — MonoChat, Tiko.ai, Paratik, BoldGlobal, AskVela, AI Dealer, Just Sold Now and ConvoStream — have their own terms, and any engagement between us is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, which prevails over this page if the two ever disagree.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or availability.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, or use automated means to collect data, without our prior written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, code and the GridStudio name and logo are owned by GridStudio or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell, sublicense or use our marks without written permission. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

5. Content you send us

When you send us a message, a brief or an idea, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited licence to use it for the purpose of responding to you and, where it goes further, delivering the work. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form — if you need confidentiality first, say so and we will put an NDA in place. Unsolicited business ideas sent to us are not treated as confidential.

6. Third-party sites and brands

This site links to portfolio-company websites and to third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Naming a technology partner does not imply their endorsement of any particular statement on this site.

7. No professional advice

Content on this site — including case studies, figures, articles and any investor-related material — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or interest. Performance and results described for one deployment do not predict results for another. Take your own advice before acting.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we may update content at any time. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
