Work closely with enterprise customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction with our AI orchestration products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and retention
  • Assist with onboarding and training
  • Gather feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
  • Help customers leverage MonoChat effectively

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Basic Node.js knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
