Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring value realization.

Work closely with enterprise customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction with our AI orchestration products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and retention
- Assist with onboarding and training
- Gather feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams
- Help customers leverage MonoChat effectively
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Basic Node.js knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
